The Thing That Eats the Soul...

Dear friends,

It was a long time since I wrote for the newsletter, I was a bit busy, army was also a factor, maybe the factor, but I decided now would be a good time to share with you some of the experiences I had, with a lesson, off course.

We live our lives the way we choose to, we create for ourselves the path we'll walk for the rest of our life, and it will be our journey until it is complete or until we die. No one has the right to tell us how to live our lives or decide for us, but he can suggest or help, and that's a different issue altogether.

I know a girl, two years younger than I am, which means she's 17, a student at high school... but something eats her soul... something called blindness and anger.

When something we do is not being done right, when we fail, we turn angry, what we don't realize is that this anger is another "being" that lives inside of us, and when we are angry we allow it to come out and do what it wants, and that we feel when we do things, say things while we're angry and hurt people while doing it... only later we stop to think what is it we really did, what really happened here and how sorry we are... but now it's just too late, sure there is forgiveness, but the feeling still remains, the feeling of "why did I allow it to happen." That same girl, blamed everything around for her not succeeding in what she wanted to, and that was school, how she's sick of it and how she's had enough, but the point I'm trying you to see is how unstable she was, and behaved while all this anger came out of her and controlled her, her anger eats her soul.

Another experience is with a driver from the military base I serve, he is mad about his commander, he doesn't want to drive him anymore and in his behavior are total lack of respect to others... and rage, anger... should I say more? Here is the bottom line if you awaited for it: control yourself, your feelings, emotions, be yourself and always, always think before acting, think about the consequences and the price, is it worth it?

I wish you only happiness in life as I discovered that it is an asset we all should have, hold it tight and never ever let it go.

Love, light and happiness to all, all!
